Montague is a brand of Folding Bikes that is owned by the Montague Corporation. They are headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The unique Montague brand was invented by founder Harry Montague, a Washington, D.C. architect and inventor. His intention was to develop a folding bike that would accommodate a man of his stature and on the go life style. His son David, an MIT Graduate, soon joined his dad on his quest to produce some of the best quality folding bikes on the market. To this day Montague Corporation produces some of the most innovative Folding Bikes on the market. Fun Fact: Folding Bikes first came into use in the 1890s for the French Army for Bicycle Infantry use!
